Kay's Frames is a whole sale frame company, not affiliated with Hinzeit.

Any retail inquiries should be made through your local cross stitch store.
All inquiries must be made through Kay's Frames, not Hinzeit.

A majority of Kay's Frames are hand painted and embellished.
Embellishments may come in an assortment, not all pictured embellishments will be the same,
but will keep the same theme.

When an embellishment is gone it may be replaced with a like or similar item or discontinued.
Kay's Frames has the right to discontinue any frame although the Hinzeit design is still available.
